The bathroom in this lovely condo wasn’t conducive to an older woman with a walker so we addressed the issue by widening the doorway so she could comfortably walk into the bathroom with her walker without any problems. Next, we removed the old bathtub and shower combo and replaced it with a spacious shower and bench. We also added a low threshold shower basin so she wouldn’t have to climb over when getting in the shower.  Grab bars were added for extra safety and an ultra-comfort toilet makes this a very comfortable bathroom for this client.
